This print was inspired by the work of Aphonse Mucha, one of the great Art Nouveau visionaries of the late 1800s.
In this print, I wanted to capture the joy of a wild, powerful creature bounding through a field of tiger lilies. While the design is flattened and very stylized, it still hints at a greater natural world expanding beyond the print's edge.
